The Tudor Park Community Centre at Clarks Rd, Loganholme is a one-storey modern auditorium that seats up to 350 people.
Tudor Park Community Centre is an existing two-storey building in Logan Shire incorporating a multi-purpose hall, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, kitchen, toilets and offices.
This project involved new air conditioning at the existing building. Mechanical design considered the needs of the large open spaces of the hall and the smaller spaces of the meeting rooms and offices.
Environmental impact was considered during the design, as was the careful placement of outdoor units and possible noise interference to the community centre.
